FAQ’S

TRANSPARENCY IS IMPORTANT! (With windows too)

What payments do you take?

Check, Card, Cash, and Zelle. All will be provided with a receipt of services rendered and payment amount received.

Does the WINd, rain, or cold affect any of your services?

Let’s start with rain. The tools and methods we use are generally waterproof. That includes house washing, concrete/driveway cleaning, window cleaning, and gutter cleaning. The only service that’s really affected by steady rain is roof cleaning/washing. Torrential rain will likely stop all operations.

With high wind, it can be dangerous in many instances because we may use ladders to clean windows and gutters. Also, when soft washing a home, we use detergents meant to kill organic growth. When there are high winds it makes it difficult to control this process and can at times cause overspray. Depending on how windy it is it may be best to reschedule a service.

With freezing temperatures and snow (32F or lower), most operations will stop. Frozen equipment and water freezing on a house, roof, and gutters isn’t ideal. Also, it posses dangers to our team when climbing ladders or going over icy terrain.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. Absolutely. A house or business could be one of your biggest investments. A broken window, concrete/siding damage, a dented car, etc. can all easily happen if not hiring an experienced contractor. Although we have excellent safety and equipment training for our team has contributed to our great record, we are still prepared for the worst.

What do you use in your basic house washing solution? What makes your services special?

It’s no secret what we use. For our house wash we use Sodium hypochlorite (the active ingredient in commercialized bleach) and a rinsing-agent surfactant.

Comparably, we know what tools and fluids a mechanic uses. What we are paying for is their training they received, application of that training, professionalism, equipment wear and tear, insurance cost, and in layman's terms, trust that the professional will not cause damage, satisfy your needs, and that they will treat your car even better than they would their mother’s. Trust that while cleaning your home, KSR won’t damage your house, landscape, windows, or other property.

What do you use in your basic window cleaning solution?

We use basic liquid soap. What makes all the difference is the technique. The difference between a DIY and a professional is that we do this for a profession meaning we do this everyday. The technique will be streak-free and more efficient due to industry training and use than what a home owner could do in a reasonable amount of time.

Are your services something I could do?

Yes. Anything can be learned. Often though, your time is more valuable than what we charge for cleaning services. We personally have a passion in marketing, photography and videography! But those that want the guess work taken out, the investment in equipment and time consumed, we are the professionals to hire.

Do you sub out your work?

No. Plain and simple, quality and fair pricing is our main concern. In our experience, when things are subcontracted out instead of using an in-house work force, quality will suffer and the price for the end user will go up. There are times when we will work with our partnering company for larger or more complex jobs.
